Darlene Irvin Realtor
When I moved to Prescott in 2000, I instantly fell in love with the area and was fortunate to have a Realtor that took the time to help me find my perfect home. Now, as a realtor myself, it is my priority to help others find a place they can call home. If you are new to Prescott, I will introduce you to the area with a tour of neighborhoods, businesses and attractions and let you see the best Prescott has to offer. I will make every effort to find the home that meets your specific needs and desires, and closely monitor every step to make sure your home buying or selling experience is smooth and stress-free.
I discovered my passion for real estate when I started working at a local real estate office. I took classes, obtained my license and put in my time so that I could have the experience needed to successfully guide others through the home purchasing and selling process. Before I became a real estate professional, I managed an aviation-based business office and worked in the fitness industry. No matter what field I've pursued, I've always demonstrated exceptional knowledge, enthusiasm, reliability and persistence.
As an active outdoors person, Prescott's pleasant climate and variable terrain allow me to enjoy golf, disc golf, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, tennis, and quad-riding year round. I also have my pilot's license, scuba certificate, and ride my own Harley-Davidson.
I chose to live in Haisley Homestead because I love being in the tall pines yet only minutes from downtown. I am close to hiking and mountain biking trails and also two miles from shopping, dining and community events. There is a beautiful nature walk with a creek behind my home and you can often spot deer and other wild life in my backyard. The pool and tennis courts are great amenities to enjoy as well. Overall, Prescott is an amazing place to live and I know you will fall in love just as much as I did!
